Case Study: Family Medical Center
The Client was expanding their practice and needed improved communication between their sites. The staff needed access to files, core business application, email, and local documents from each site. Some staff traveled between sites and needed access to their local files no matter their location.
We drafted a proper server model that would allow the client to scale without technology hurdles. The servers were migrated to Computer Works data center on HIPAA compliant equipment using virtual machines. The use of proper policies allowed automation of tasks which historically required IT intervention and billable time. With increased security policies, transparency into network issues became possible allowing a greater level of monitoring and decreased response time to issue resolution.
